Hair Straighteners (12/30/15)

Placed an order on 09/12/15 and was charged £99 immediately. I paid for priority shipping, but didn't receive the item until 29/12/14 meaning the straighteners couldn't be registered for their warranty. Zest Beauty ignore all attempts to contact (social media/email/phone). I'm now attempting to return the item, but lo and behold, I need their confirmation first. I have reported them to my credit card company and will return the item regardless. Zest Beauty are a shoddy excuse for a company and one to avoid.  View Gripe »

Dermatologic barrier face cream (12/29/15)

Product arrived damaged (was meant to be a Xmas gift). Have emailed numerous times and left voicemails requesting refund. No reply or contact from company. Trading standards have been notified. Will now pursue with bank. Will never order from them again.  View Gripe »

Face products (12/12/15)

Delivery 5-7 days and email supposed to be sent before delivery. Nothing after 7 days so emailed three times, no reply. Rang six times, get put in a queue with bad music then it goes to voicemail. No one rings back. Tried ringing over three days, same thing. Then rang sales rather than customer service about an order. No one answers that either. They send marketing info daily. Since other tweeters have been in touch to say the same. Payment now in dispute with bank. Money was taken on day one.  View Gripe »

Glamglow supermud order 120131147 (10/5/15)

I ordered the glamglow supermud face mask on 12/9, and I was charged £33.94. I was contacted on the 15/9 and informed the product was out of stock, but they would receive delivery in two weeks time. I have since contacted zest beauty by email, twitter and phone but I have received no response. I demand a full refund, plus compensation of £10.  View Gripe »

Elemis Revitalise Me Shower Gel (9/29/15)

I ordered the products from Zest on 3 September. I was charged £44.82 at that time, which included an amount for priority delivery. Having received nothing by 14 September, I tracked my order and found it marked Completed on Zest's website. I contacted Zest that day and was informed that both of the products were out of stock, with one product being no longer available. I was thus refunded for that product and the priority delivery charge (£27.91). I was, however, told that the other product, whilst still out of stock, was coming into stock the following day. I thus agreed to leave that order as was and expected delivery 2-3 days later. On 24 September, having still not received the remaining product, I rang and left a message on their voicemail (they never answer the phone - it always goes to voicemail). I also emailed. Since last Thursday, I have left 3 phone messages and sent 3 emails, plus I have contacted them through their website & Twitter. I am still owed £16.91 and an apology.  View Gripe »
