Courier Service (12/18/15)

I told you yesterday about their failure to deliver a parcel on the right day. Today I have a text saying the parcel was delivered. It has not been delivered. I was at home at the time and no-one called. No card was left. I have checked with neighbours and the parcel is not with them. Yodel are being very unhelpful and have said they will get back to me in 48 hours. I need the equipment to update my Virginmedia package.  View Gripe »

Delivery from Virginmedia (12/17/15)

I have ordered a new piece of equipment from Virginmedia. I was promised delivery today. I have stayed in all day and have regularly tracked the progress of the parcel. Finally I went onto Yodel webchat to be told it is in their Farnborough depot but is being sorted and won't be delivered until tomorrow. Totally unsatisfactory.  View Gripe »

Delivery company (8/28/15)

Ordered phone from tesco direct. Paid extra for next day delivery. Son stayed in waiting for delivery. 6pm, still nothing. Track order on tesco direct site which says attempted delivery at 13:14 and left card. No one called. No card left. No goods.  View Gripe »

customer service. (5/19/15)

Port Talbot 4.10 p.m Tues 19th May . Delivery person refused to walk short step back to my neighbour to retrieve the heavyish parcel he had submitted on my home coming struggling with a dog in the hail and rain. Took longer for him to argue the point than easily help two people out. Told me rudely to, ' complain as much as I 'd like,' so here it is.
