PS4 Unchartered bundle (12/17/15)

Ordered online on Black Friday and they indicated it was in stock. After following up a few times I along with many others got an email that the order has been cancelled. My address on these two orders was changed from "space 25" to "Space 2." So, both orders were misdelivered. FedEx has found them and is retrieving them to be delivered to me today. Customer service (9/12/15)

The cashier working lane 16 at 2 PM September 12th at your Langley location is super slow!! Took her 7 minutes to figure out how to scan a bag of tomatoes. Total checkout time took 15 minutes when it should have taken no more than 3.  View Gripe »

Bicycle (7/26/15)

I am very frustrated and irritated with Walmart. We are going on almost 2 weeks now since my daughter had an accident with her bicycle. I bought a bike from our local Walmart in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada. It wasn't rode a lot. July 14 the pedal came off while she was pedaling causing her to crash bike an injure herself. She could have been hurt worse. What if I fell off while she was close to traffic? I have had to bug Walmart. They have passed off to the assembly company. Taking no responsibility themselves. I think they should be responsible too. Make sure a product is safe before selling it. We have not been offered anything. Just a sorry and a report has been filed. I am just sick to my stomach that something worse could have happened. They claim to pay big bucks to the assembly company and that it's done properly. So what am I to do or think?? My daughter has no bike now, and I can't afford another one. Especially not from Walmart!!  View Gripe »

Incorrect Prices on Shelves (7/21/15)

I went into a local Walmart last week. On one of their shelves were several PS4's with a price tag in front of them that read $219.83. When I asked about it, the cashier told me I was wrong and that I should have known that the price was incorrect when it rang up at $449.99. He tore the tag in half and said that it was MY fault for not reading the number correctly. (How do you read a price incorrectly? It was the only price on the shelf!) I asked to speak with a manager. The manager who came told both the cashier and myself that Walmart would honour the incorrect price, and that I could purchase it for $219. When the cashier rang up the item he needed an override, and the manager who came for that told me that they would not be honouring the incorrect price, that it was my fault for not reading properly, and that I could have $10 off instead as that was policy (DESPITE another manager just telling me that the policy would be to match the price).  View Gripe »

Luggage (7/10/15)

I tried asking for an item and the staff member said, "how should I know?" She was extremely rude. I was also sold a 4 piece luggage set and the other pieces aren't in the big suitcase.
