Applebee's gift card $25'00 (3/25/16)

received document in mail-if I listened to phone information about Fios I would receive a $25.00 gift card to Applebee's. I listened and also had Fios installed. I sent a note along with a copy of the letter i had received telling you the information above, but the only response I received is another copy of your promotion letter. My code is ABRFQDUB. Wifi (3/1/16)

So apparently they only guarantee Wi-Fi via ethernet cord which is not really Wi-Fi now is it. their commercial say there fiber optics are the best but I found out for myself a first time customer for 6 months with Verizon. They have the worst sales department because they lie to you, the worst phone support because they hang up on you the worst IT because they over talk to you and the worst internet service because I pay for 75 and only get 40 Mbps. Kill me now. Then when I have the IT supervisor on the phone he told me that there was no way of him reviewing or knowing about the issues that I've been experiencing with my service even though I've called several times and calls are allegedly recorded and information is documented doing the calls sounds good but sounds like Verizon isn't doing their job  View Gripe »

bad promo (2/12/16)

i received a promo to speak to verizon about becoming a customer and get a $25 applebee's gift card. ON 2/10/16 i called verizon . i was on the phone almost a half hour before i got the right person. i was transferred to 4 different people.the first three had no idea what i was talking about, even though i gave the promo code number ABR2KS9Y. two of the reps had me read the entire letter to them. FINALLY I spoke to a rep who know what I was talking about. after listening to your promo offer, I was told that he (Will VZ25093) sent me the email for the link to get the applebees card. It is now 2/12/16 and i have not received this email. You re looking for me to become a customer, and giving me terrible service already. DVR (2/4/16)

My DVR went out after 4 months making me lose all my programs again. Twice in 4 months I lost all my recorded shows because the box has to be replaced. I got the box today, NO power cord. It will take 8 days to get a power core???? Couldn't they have a service guy drop one off? No "DEMAND" or Pay Per View working on any of the televisions. Customer service sucks. Have spent hours on the phone with them. Got cut off twice. I have been unable to record shows or watch demand now for 3 days. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I have asked for a corp number or the department that handles complaints. No one has a corp number and the link they gave me doesn't work, does not show up on the computer.. I want to speak to someone above tech support. Someone with customer relations or at corp level. Can't find any way to get this information.  View Gripe »

on demand services (12/21/15)

Verizon On Demand services is so bad as they do not allow fast forward in any of their shows causing massive boredom in watching the shows. I go to the internet as I can fast forward the show via my computer. In addition, if I pause the shows, it resets itself to the beginning making it even more boring and tedious while taking away the enjoyment of watching the shows. Double Play (12/17/15)

Washington DC: Signed up for "self-install" kit for home internet. To my surprise, a technician came. My boyfriend and I both missed several days of work to be available for the technician, who could never get it to work. We called and documented with Verizon that it wasn't working. They kept charging me. I called to get the charges dropped. They refused, so I canceled my account. Now they're still billing me for the service I never had. Have complained to Verizon, the Better Business Bureau, the NY Attorney General and the FCC. Thanks!  View Gripe »

Verizon bundle (11/25/15)

Having an acct with VERIZON has been a constant frustration. My phone No 201-670-7217 On Oct 10 I spoke with a manager, and we agreed on a set amount, $290 and some cents. I paid it the same day. I was expecting my next bill free of previous charges, a new amount of $135 ( you have sent an email in that regard). Soon after I rcvd a bill for more than 300.00. Later I rcved a bill for 240. I called TWICE, spoke with a CR and asked to speak with the same manager with whom I had spoken . I was told he will call me back the same day. NO CALL from him. In the meantime I rcvd 3 tel messages to pay my bill, I calle d again 2 days ago and I was told that manager will call me. I rcvd no calls , and this morning I saw that my service will be interrupted TODAY. I shall pay today the amount we agreed upon - which is 135.00 ( and I have a confirmation concerning this amount.) Internet bundle options and speeds (11/12/15)

There are limited and inadequate options in regards to Verizon Fios internet and voice bundles to choose from here at Harbor Point Apartments, Dorchester, MA. This is different and lacking from what other parts of the city (Boston, MA) and its surrounding areas have to select from. No TV Fios services offered and/or provided in this residential apartment complex. No special pricing or assistance of any kind that compensates for lack of options.  View Gripe »
