I have not heard a word from Target for 1 week. But they've kept sending emails in regard to the repairs on my bose headphones. Come to find out they cannot find them. However, items (water filtration pitcher and water filtration replacement filter) both rang up full price at the register. Customer service refused to honor the listed/advertised sale! Toddler Girls Cherokee Diem Sweater cuff boots-Pink-size 9 (12/22/15)

I ordered these boots online 12/9/2015. Order #102913593632. My son moved in June so I changed the address on line. I didn't know that with Target you have to delete the old address and enter the new one. The boots were sent to their old address and although UPS transferred them UPS Sure Post, the boots are lost. Hi, I ordered few items from and have not received many items from it. When I called them back, they reordered it and said it will be delivered with in 3-5 business day. Not after 5 days when i checked with them, they said it will be delivered by 30th December. I don't have any idea on to this. And when i checked with CC person he said due to weather condition in NJ. Seriously!!. And like salt to the misery he said we will give you 10$ coupons rather then making the remaining items shipped free for me. gillette fusion prologue (12/15/15)

I purchased the 4 cartridge Gillette Fusion Cartridges box yesterday and came home not realizing that I could not open the security box in which the item was placed. The salesperson should have been alert to unlock this box with her tool but either she is not well trained enough or new to the job, or absent minded. I have to take this back to target store again to have them unlock it. A nuisance and inconvenience. Online Order of Baby Products (12/15/15)

October 4, 2015 I placed an order for items for a shower. I received a box from but with someone else's order. I returned the wrong order to my local Target store. They told me to contact for a refund. It has been an absolute nightmare. I started calling on October 11th and kept calling since then I spoke to 11 different people at and there answer was you will receive the refund with in 8 to 10 days. I waited patiently and when I did not receive the refund I started calling again. Same story, but now some of them told me to contact the bank. It was their fault. So I contacted the bank and of course there was never a refund placed on my account. It is now December 15th and I have received nothing. Called again this morning and after about 25 minutes on hold I hung up. It is $ 64.42 that I'm looking for not a fortune. Taboo Game (12/12/15)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered a game on Cyber Monday from (on sale for an additional 15% off). The estimated arrival was 12/4/15. I received an email today that it would be delayed until 12/22-12/24; however, I need the gift by 12/17. The game is available in store, so I called customer service to see if I could get it for the same price if I picked it up in the store. I was on hold for over an hour! I spoke with Judd, who said his supervisor would have to call the store, so he transferred me to Beverly. She accused me of "being difficult" and began raising her voice at me because I would have to have someone pick up the game for me, as I am not in town, which is why I ordered it online in the first place! I explained that the shipping delay was an error on Target's part, not mine, at which time she hung up on me! Now I am on hold again (25 minutes so far).  View Gripe »
