Wrong Drink (6/7/16)

It truly saddens me to have to post these issues we've had/have with experiences with Starbucks local office here in Cool Springs, TN, Starbucks Corporate, switchboard operators at the Executive office (Kristopher, Teresa and Tanya) these are the names me and my daughter were given. My daughter is a Goal Member of Starbucks. She always order the same drink because, she has allergies to whole milk. She always order a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with Soy Milk, a shot of Espresso and extra whip. On May 20, 2016, my daughter went to your Cool Springs location and order her normal drink; however, her drink was made with Whole Milk instead of Soy which caused my daughter to have a very bad allergic reaction; immediately, having to seek medical attention. The doctor confirmed, she had a very bad allergic reaction to the Whole Milk. Starbucks should be shame; treats us like we have committed a crime and like dirty on the ground! They are deceptive and cares less about their customers lives!  View Gripe »

Lids (2/10/16)

Starbucks new kids are horrible, they drip on your clothes unless you hold a napkin around the lid. It's stupid because you pay all this money for your coffee and I could go to another place for cheaper coffee. I'm surprised this brand doesn't care about this and recall them.  View Gripe »

Smoking Free Establishment Sign Is Being Ignored (11/20/15)

Every Starbucks that I have been to in the past week has on the side of the store entrance that Starbucks is a smoke free establishment. However, the sign is being ignored as I have witnessed it at least two separate locations. It is because the sign is too low and most people don't know and can't see it. The message/sign should be placed higher like the front of the store entrance.  View Gripe »

Coffee (10/26/15)

Witnessed the worst ever customer service from the team of girls at the Starbucks at corner 7th and 55th in midtown NYC. They abused everyone in line waiting for their coffee. I did not take it, I gave it back to them, but I should not have to get that from anyone serving me, period.  View Gripe »

Gift Card (10/24/15)

I recently received an e-gift card for Starbucks with a $50 balance from my brother-in-law in New York. I downloaded the Starbucks app, created a new card as instructed by the app, and then loaded the $50 to my new card just before I went to Starbucks with my girlfriend, whom I'd promised a fabulous breakfast (at Starbucks.) We drove 20 miles to the nearest Starbucks and proceeded to order out breakfast and drinks, but when I tried to pay with my phone by scanning the barcode for the digital card (which showed a $50 balance) the cashier told me that the card was 'unknown or closed' and told me I could call 1-800-STARBUC for help. Well I hadn't brought any other way to pay for breakfast so I embarrassingly sidestepped to make way for the next customer while I quickly tried to call the 1-800 number for support. The agent informed me the card was closed 'because the funds couldn't be secured' & couldn't give me any more info or help. Thanks for ruining my girlfriend's breakfast Starbucks!  View Gripe »
