Almost one month ago I went into open a new account at our local Rabobank and I have deposited over $5000 in it. I have yet to receive my bank card, my checks for my new business, any id card, or any info on on-line banking. I had planned to move all of my accounts including savings and direct deposit. Now I just want access to my money I put in there. I called the branch, no apology just said that he would re-order, without any explantion why the stuff he had promised would arrived within ten days takes over a month. I'm sure it woul dbe different if they wanted MY money. My friend had recommend Rabobank. Bad advice. View Gripe »
