Food Order (11/4/15)
Order 5 meals for one table (paid for separately). 3 of those meals arrived no problem. I then watched 2 meals, which happened to be exactly what we had ordered be taken to the table of three people next to us who had only sat down a few minutes beforehand. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, the final 2 meals still hadn't arrived. I went up to the cash desk to ask if our food was coming only to be told that they had no record of our last 2 orders. They told us we would have to order and pay again if we wanted food because we couldn't prove that we had ordered - we paid contactless so didn't have a receipt. After what eventually became a rather heated discussion (mostly on the waiting staff side!) they agreed to give us meals "for free". Next thing, I see the third person from the table next to us waiting up at the counter to ask where their 3rd meal was. Our order had clearly been sent to the wrong table. The eglinton and Brentcliffe location has become absolutely terrible! It took the 45 minutes to make two skewers 45 MINUTES! and when we complained they said it takes 30 minutes to make sure it's cooked properly. I have never heard such crap in my life. I will NEVER go there again, and I will do my best to let everyone know how bad it was! View Gripe »
