NO way to contact customer service (7/10/15)

i have been on my computer all day trying to reconnect with my magicjack. I have been using it fine and then it started asking me for my PASSWORD . I can't reset or find my password. please HELP. IT KEEPS SAYING IT WILL SEND IT TO MY EMAIL ON FILE AND I THINK IT IS MY MAIN EMAIL BUT I CAN'T TELL PLEASE USE MY MAIN EMAIL. So trying to solve a bill problem good luck you are unable to speak with a supervisor isn't that a joke poor customer service I would not recommend this company there is no way to cancel your service and you can only set it up with auto-pay well guess what come renewal time you can't cancel your service in less you change your bank debit card that was my experience still trying to find out how to talk to a LIVE person that's a supervisor  View Gripe »
