Upon arrival of my $9000 couch set, they we're damaged. A few months later, the leather began to rip. I sent in several claims with no response. Eventually I got ahold of someone And I was told they would send a new set. Email after email and about 30 unreturned calls and messages, I hear from an employee that they will send fabric in the mail. Not only did they not follow through on their promise of sending me a new set, they sent the leather and want me to put it another $3500 to have them reupholstered. I have been trying to reason with them and speak to the manager however all of my attempts were unsuccessful and now they are ignoring me all together. I am completely disgusted with their lack of professionalism and customer service. I am at a loss of what to do. In no way should a $9000 couch set looks like this in less than a year. I am very diligent in taking care. My house is impeccable and immaculate and I made sure I took all the precautions to make it last. View Gripe »
