I paid for next day shipping to have my Christmas gifts shipped on time and the more important of the two items was not in the package. I paid a ton of money for shipping and it is really unacceptable. When I tried to call them to resolve the issue I was on hold for 30 minutes before I got a human being on the phone, 30 MINUTES!!!
