UP2 tracking bracelet (12/1/16)
In less than a year my bracelet has torn. I'm using duct tape to keep it on. I have contacted customer service they reply asking me to provide a bill of purchase. I did take a picture of my receipt that they sent me. I have received no other contact with them since November 18. My warranty is now over one year because they haven't replied to my email. I've also tried calling their customer service phone number. That seems to not be working either. Do you think maybe they might be going out of business? View Gripe »
