The fitting rooms are disgusting. I don't appreciate when there is a man in the fitting room while my child is getting dress. Also the language from the young workers are really unprofessional. Toms river, nj View Gripe »
This is the leesburg corner premium outlets in Virginia. I went in on 2 separate occasions looking for a button up shirt and shorts. I was never greeted or offered assistance either time. I was just going to see if they had any other sizes. What really bugged me was that the customer who was behind me was greeted and offered assistance from the same person I made eye contact with. I called JCrew in Woodcliff Lake, NJ to get information regarding something I saw on their website. However, the sales rep was rude and pushy, and failed to defer me to someone who knew how to help me. Ultimately it was a disappointing experience. View Gripe »
