Car Garage (10/27/15)

I have been left feeling awful about the service I have received when my car broke down . My car was 'fixed' and broke down for an Identical issue within 2 miles of picking it up. Agreeing to the further work and the initial work being knocked off the bill, the price I was told over the phone was inclusive of all costs. When I went to pay the bill it was approximately £120 higher than i had agreed to pay and was blamed on costs I 'was' told about. Disgruntled by being without a car for 2 months then being called a liar effectively by senior management has made me incredibly frustrated. I made a complaint on Facebook, spoke to the Regional Manager and customer services manager who both said they are not budging on the price. Bike (9/25/15)

I brought a new bike and mudguards from Epsom, and was told it would be ready for collection at 5pm on Thursday 24th October. On arrival, there were no staff at the bike collection station. The mechanic had left his shift without doing the necessary work on my new bike and without briefing the new shift staff that I was arriving at 5pm and would be in a rush. The bike was not ready. Once I tracked down a staff member (difficult since many weren't in uniform), I proceeded to wait 1.5 hours. The staff explained they did not know how to fit the mudguards since it was a mechanic's job. I was finally sent on my way at 6.30pm however the brakes were very squeaky and the mudguards were wonky. In addition the staff rushed the safety checks and I therefore do not feel safe on my new bike. The only reason I took it was because I desperately needed a bike for my commute the next day. Mini touch up paint (6/26/15)

The woman who served me told me they didn't have the colour I wanted before I even told her the colour I needed, she was rude blunt and made me feel unwelcome so went to another store. In the other store I asked a man for the same item as pervious and was told they didn't have any, and he walked away, no checking out in the warehouse and no alternative given. customer service obviously isn't there top priority which makes shopping with them an unpleasant experience  View Gripe »
