I purchased a 2010 F150 Supercrew with trunk lid installed Dec 2010. The lid was installed at the time of purchase. I also purchased a 1000,00 mile extended a warranty coverage package bumper to bumper. At the last service Aug 27, 2015 with 83K miles on the truck I requested the lid be reset and realigned to fine out the dealer will fix the lid because it is not a ford product they purchased and installed. False advertisement on their warranty . I will never purchase a ford product again and will inform everyone I come in contact with of this incident. I do not want anyone to pay for a service that does not exist. I want the dealer to fix the problem or return my 1100 dollars I paid for the extended warranty.
