SI38 - What doe it take to get a replacement handle. (4/7/17)

Mohnton, PA; my handle broke before Christmas 2016 and here it is April 2017 and no handles available. I have received (3) emails stating "in a couple of weeks" and still no handles. Are you making new ones without handles? If you have handles for new ones, how about selling one or two to customers who need them. I love this steamer but won't buy another. I still use it with a taped up handle, but it doesn't make life easy.  View Gripe »

I have phoned your company 3 times trying to order a replacement water tank & cap for my S1 60 steam floor cleaner. I have left my phone number & the reason for the call each time. I got a recording saying that all agents were helping other custoners and my phone call would be returned. As of this date, I have received NO return call. A young man named Brian-that I would receive a call w/i 2days from someone regarding this order so that I could return this cleaner which was cancelled with in 4 hours of my placing this order.
