I would like a return label. I purchased a dress from this company. The dress is beautiful but all of the beeds on it I cannot wear it because it is too heavy for me. Ballroom gown (8/15/15)

I ordered it from fabprettydress.com on July 23 it takes 7-9 day to receive the order. When I ordered it I told them I needed it by Aug 6th for a ballroom performance. They would put a rush on it for me! Long story short...........It was delivered on Aug .7th I had already left for the event out of state. They said they would e-mail me with a tracking number when they shipped....I received no tracking number. Anyway the dress is beautiful very well done however it does not fit and just to have it shorten it will cost $150.00 It's floor length and it's 16 inches to long!!!! I read all the return information and then called them and they said i had to send a e-mail to the service fab pretty dress. com and this is what i have found!!! They said in the return that i would only receive half the the price i paid for the dress and they aren't responsible for return postage etc,etc,etc So i would like to know what can be done?
