Faulty Starter Kit over charged (11/4/15)
I purchased a starter kit and was billed 99.95 before my case was closed. I called to say that my e-cig was not working and that I called before the 30 days to cancel and could not get through. I called my credit card company and explained and asked them to block E-Cig because I could not get through to them and close my account and send me a new card, which was done. Now 30 days later I can get through to the company and saw on my credit card that I was charged $99,99 for junk. After a long conversation I was told I would get $50.00 refund but I had to pay for the starter kit. Why do I pay for something that does not work? Never mentioned a new kit just I have to pay to this non-working one. Please be aware of this company and do not get ripped off as I did. View Gripe »
