My invoice# is EOS5034644. Your computer substituted wrong colr and price for this shoe. You use Fedex only to have deliveries and returns via USPS which has delivery issues locally. I downloaded a return ticket from Daniel and Darlene. FedEx says now that they will not honor the ticket because it is for USPS. I have worked on this return Since January 3, 2017. Can this company give me a FedEx return ticket? The shoes received had no invoice or return label. I want my money back. Navy blue is usually cheaper than black leather. On the day of purchase I ordered 2prs. of black shoes. At checkout one pr was black and the other navy blue. I deleted the navy blue shoes and bought black for the higher price point.
