Automatic membership renewal (4/7/14)
On 4/22/14 I was automaticaly billed $24.45 for an annual subscrription renewal. Within 2 hours of the charge I contacted e-chords and asked them to cancel/refund. I don't like automatic billing & I think that all bussinesses should at least notify customers of a pending renewal BEFORE taking the money. Worst of all is the attitude of e-chords' Customer Service: next year I can opt out. I'm totally UNsatisfied w/their lack of empathy for their customers. I give them a letter grade of D-. View Gripe »
