SRX 2014 with less than 10,000 miles (8/31/15)
I called in to make an appointment for a maintenance checkup because the car (SRX 2014) with about 7,000 miles will jerk forward when you make a slow rolling stop sometimes, and my oil was at 66%, but I was told my Mr. Tom Corio at Novi Cadillac in Michigan that I did not need an oil change and he said that many of his customers wait until their oil life is 0% and was very rude with his explanation. Mr. Corio said that I was yelling, but I tried to explain to him that I was 72 years old and hard of hearing. I did not get a chance to explain about the jerking problem because he was so very rude. I think that Mr. Corio needs customer service training and understand that people rely on their cars to be safe and well maintenance because no one wants to get hurt or killed in their vehicle. He should have taken the appointment and checked the vehicle out so I could feel safe driving the car. View Gripe »
