Button up shirt (3/27/15)
Bought a button up shirt at Banana Republic, was told I could return it at any location. Went to a different store with the receipt and the staff said they couldn't help me. By the time I got back to the store I bought it from, it was already past BR's return policy. View Gripe »
It seems that in the past several years, you have used cheap materials for your jeans. They look okay in the store, but when I bring them home and wash them they shrink and change shape and generally look to be poor quality. View Gripe »
